Matsuri Japanese Restaurant

An icon of the Western Japanese cuisine, this now well established restaurant has stood the test of time in a very competitive market. The podium level of the renowned Seidler building, QV1, provided the perfect environment to create a pared back western/Japanese interior solution. With careful planning and use of resources, Roxby Architects were able to create both a high volume take-away outlet and an enticing sit down restaurant without compromise to the atmosphere or function of either area.
